I’m Lara, a results-driven Product & Design leader with over 10 years of experience in creating innovative user experiences for industry giants like Tripadvisor and Viator.

At Tripadvisor, I excelled as a Product Design leader, guiding a talented team of designers to strategically enhance user experience in the experiences business pillar, leveraging data analysis and user feedback for continuous improvement.

As a Principal Product Designer at Viator, the world’s largest experiences provider, I lead the Design Systems and Design Ops functions of the Product Design team. I also lead a business vertical focused on booking to repeat, loyalty, and rewards. I successfully launched the Viator Rewards program, driving a significant improvement in user retention and engagement.

Additionally, my leadership in revitalising the booking experience in the app and the checkout experience, delivered exceptional support and reassurance to millions of users, having a very important impact on conversion.
