I’m Lara, a results-driven Product & Design leader with over 12 years of experience in creating innovative user experiences for industry giants like Tripadvisor and Viator.

At Tripadvisor, I excel as a Product Design leader, guiding a talented team of designers to strategically enhance user experience in the experiences business pillar, leveraging data analysis and user feedback for continuous improvement.

As a Principal Product Designer at Viator, the world’s largest experiences provider, I led the Design Systems and Design Ops functions of the Product Design team. I also led a business vertical focused on booking to repeat, loyalty, and merchandising. I successfully launched the Viator Rewards program, driving a significant improvement in user retention and engagement. And I did all the foundational work on the newly formed Merchandising team.

Additionally, my leadership in revitalising the booking experience in the app and the checkout experience, delivered exceptional support and reassurance to millions of users, having a very important impact on conversion. My track record showcases my ability to deliver outstanding results and adapt to diverse challenges in Product Design Leadership positions.
